Troubleshooting
- I'm getting "Access Denied" when I try to log in
- I'm trying to reset my password but the reset email isn't coming through
- I'm getting an error or timeout message when I try to log in

- I'm trying to verify my account but when I click the link, I'm getting "File not found"
I'm getting "Access Denied" when I try to log in
- Make sure you're entering the same email you used to sign up. If you have multiple emails, it's not uncommon to get these confused (particularly if you have multiple Carrd accounts).
- If you allowed your browser or a password manager to remember your account credentials and it's trying to automatically fill the login form, try manually entering both your email and password instead.
- Finally, ensure that you verified your account shortly after creating it. Accounts that haven't been verified after an extended period of time are subject to removal, so if this might be what's affecting you, please get in touch.

If the reset email still doesn't arrive (and it's not in your spam/junk folder), ensure you're trying to reset the correct email associated with your account. If you are and your email doesn't have any deliverability issues, please contact us directly.I'm getting an error or timeout message when I try to log in
Try again in a private/incognito tab, or if that doesn't work, use another browser or device. If you're able to log in through one of those methods, your primary browser may be using a browser extension that's somehow interfering with the login process (in which case, please contact us so we can figure out which one).

If you're already logged in to a another account, try logging out and clicking the verification link again. If not, or it still doesn't work, try opening the verification link in a private/incognito tab or another browser. If you still can't verify your account, please get in touch.
