Requesting a Balance Payout
If you've accumulated earnings from either our Referral or Maker programs, in addition to using these earnings to pay for plan upgrades or purchase inventory items you can also request them as a payout provided you and your request meet the following criteria:
- You have at least $25 in your Available to Payout balance, which is a subset of your account balance that only reflects earnings accumulated through one of our partner programs. You cannot request a payout of funds you've added yourself.
- You have an active PayPal account. If you're a US resident, please note that you may be subject to 1099-K reporting by PayPal (learn more). Payouts are not available through payment methods besides PayPal at this time.
- Your payout request is at least $25. Payouts cannot be issued for amounts smaller than this.
... and if so, here's how to request a payout:
Open the Dashboard.
Click your Account avatar in the corner.
In the sidebar, click Balance.
Under Available to Payout, click Request Payout. If this button is disabled, you currently do not qualify for a payout.
In Amount Requested, enter the amount you want to receive as a payout (defaults to your full Available to Payout balance).
Click Request Payout
You're done! Payouts are generally issued within 5 business days of being requested, but if you have any questions or concerns in the meantime please get in touch.
