Sharing a Site

Requires Pro Lite or higher

To share access to a site with another user, follow these steps:

  1. On your Dashboard, locate the site you want to share.

  2. Click the site's Manage Site icon.

  3. In the sidebar, click Sharing.

  4. Click Add User

  5. Choose the level of Access you want to share for the site:

    EditorGrants full edit access to the site. If the site being shared is also a custom template, this also allows it to be selected as a template when adding a new site.
    TemplateIf the site being shared is a custom template, allows it to be selected as a template when adding a new site.
  6. In the Email field, enter the email of the user with whom you want to share the site. The email must be linked to an active Carrd account with access to the plan features needed by the site (if any). For example, if the site uses Form elements, the user must be on Pro Standard or higher.

  7. Click Add User

  8. You're done! The user should now have access to the site via their Account Sharing page. If the shared site is a custom template, the user will also be able to select it when adding a new site.
